Monsters and Black men

Yeah, there is really is no connection between the two...most of the time at least, lol. These are more of astretch from what i usually do, which is something that im doing more often, which would explain the lack of posting...for now.

These are also sketches from my upcoming Sketchbook with fellow artists Alina "Ayanimeya" Urusov, Coran "Kizer180" Stone, Jeffery "Chamba" Cruz, and Bob "VonToten" Strang. This year is starting off really nice, and the way that i wish the last 3 would have started off like, but, you know timing is everything, and the timing is GREAT right now.

Aight peeps, i hope you enjoy it, because growth is happening, and what you see now is only getting BETTER!

Mother Flow

Wassup Blog fammo, hey i want to extend a warm thanks to all of you guys that have recently decided to embark on this journey with me, and become a fan of my stuff. It really is an honor, good looking out yo.

Anyway, this is a piece that i did for fun, i started it whil i was in my history class, and got home and decided i wanted to light it up, and make it something. Just a practice of more Graf elements, and simple yet precise linework, i hope you enjoy, P

PEACE!

Battyman

I do a lot of these practice drawings before i start coloring with my Copic markers. They are great for getting the kinks out and really getting comfy with the markers. I literally have about 150 of these sitting around. Its 8.5x11, and just fun to do. More like it in my Sketchbook which i will have available for NYCC! HOLLA!

XmenTAGE

Wassup fammo, im still dealing with back pains, and havent been able to draw as much as i would like to, but, im managing to get some stuff done. This is a re-de of sorts, i did an xmen piece a while ago, and wanted to do it justice, and this would be my form of justice. Still need to make some adjustments on it, but i think this will do for now, HOLLA!

WASSUP FOLKS!

So this piece is a collaboration done between myself, and two good pals of mine. The Batman, Green Lantern and Flash were done by my homeboy Chris Anka a.k.a www.enymy.deviantart.com and the BEAUTIFUL colors were supplied by the amazing Fabian Schlaga, a.k.a monk-art.deviantart.com. Both these guys are masters in my book, go take a look and let em know it. We are currently working on a new collab, so stay tuned, HOLLA!

Garrison and Supes

This piece is a SUperman caricature that i did with some markers white out and, paper...i guess, lol. Just fun with some traditional mediums, more to come from that direction soon as i am really enjoying playing around with the traditional mediums right now, and full intent on carrying that on.

And the other is a piece that i did as an Ode to Joe Madureira. That cat is just as responsible, if not more, as any other artist out there that has inspired me. I remember when i first got Battle Chasers #1, and being FLOORED! Everything about it was what i wanted to do with my art, plain and simple. As time progressed, i found other artist that motivated me in the similar way, but not nearly to the same extent as Joe.

SO this is a piece that will stand as a thanks for it all to Joe. ENJOY!

IRONic

Yeah, the title has no relevancy to the content, lol. I just thought it was cool, i guess in some creative way you can say that the Irony in that there is no irony as the title would indicate. Anyway, this is Iron Man, and its supposed to have a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde type of feeling to it.....go figure. I saw the movie and liked it...ALOT. My wife liked it too, so i guess they did a good job if she can enjoy it and feel like she has been a fan of the series. ENJOY!

Me.....Foster's Style

Hahahaha, if i were a character in Cartoon Network's AMAZING animated feature "Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends" i would look like this, and my friend would be called Gouche (i know its spelled....differently, not wrong...just...differently).

Gouche gets Kweli in a lot of trouble with all of his Graffiti antics, and Kweli is always left to explain how he DIDNT do it, lol. "Take it easy Gouche!"

Enjoy peeps.

Heyyyyy!

Wassup peoples, just a little update fo ya peoples, PEACE!

Lone Wolf and Cub

Wassup PEOPLES!

Well, i love coloring alot, and the more that i lear, and establish a style for myself, the more i want to do it, so, theres the backdrop for that one.

With that, here is a Lone Wolf and Cub piece done by the AMAZING Leinil Yu. I should say that i found the Inked version here on DA inked by www.beroleagle.deviantart.com who did a pretty stellar job if i might say so myself.

Yeah i still have a lot to learn, and i know that theres alot that i could do with this one, which i will do, and mybe post it, but i was so excited to share it that i didnt bother to do those things, lol.

Umm, yeah this took about 3 hours, and i used Photoshop CS, OpenCanvas, and PAINTER (lots-o-programs, lol).
